Lernziele:
The students
| know the sources and general principles of International Law are able
| to apply them to actual cases know organization and structure of the
| UNO and can assess its activities know several instruments of the
| international protection of human rights (i.e.ACHR, ECHR, IPPCR) and
| can assess its meaning for the international community and the
| international legal order can discuss recent topics of International
| Law (i.e. Ukraine war, economic sanctions against Russia and Belarus,
| consequences of the Syrian civil war, the failed-state complex) and
| assess to what extent International Law relates to the fields of
| international affairs, development policy and security issues
