Do you know your "Life of Brian" from your "Lawrence of Arabia"? Do you understand the accents in "Trainspotting"?? In this course we will look the success of the British Cinema......... Hitchcock, Lean, James Bond, A Clockwork Orange, Bridge Over The River Kwai. We will talk about , and try to understand, the British sense of humour and its sarcasm. We will look at the success of British Cinema at the Oscars. And of course you have a lot of movies to watch!!!!!
