Course content:
Companies are faced two questions in their daily activity: Which investments are useful and should be done and how the company should be financed? In our classes, we try to answer these two questions.
Both static and dynamic approaches of capital budgeting are presented as a tool for the students and to provide a reasonable decision making.

Die Studierenden sollen nach der Veranstaltung:
- Kennen und Verstehen von statischen und dynamischen Investitionsrechnung
- Verstehen von Investitionsrechnung und Kennzahlen, wie beispielsweise Kapitalwert und interner Zinsfuß
- Anwenden der Kapitalwertmethode unter Berücksichtigung von marktbasierten Einflussfaktoren
- Teffen von Investitionsentscheidungen auf Basis kapitalmarkttheoretischer Erkenntnisse
- Kennen und Verstehen von verschiedenen Finanzierungsarten (Außen- und Innenfinanzierung)
