Course content:
Digitalization is leading to big changes in all branches of the society and also in the law. The seminar examines current and future perspectives of digitalisation in the law and the law of digitalisation. The seminar looks into some special areas of law, which are crucial for the digital transformation and shows what changes already took place in the law and what necessites of changes remains or will be made in the future. The seminar is divided in three parts: civil and economic law, Constitutional and administartative law and european and international law.

The Students will be able to recognize the legal problems of digitalisation and find solutions
