Course content:
In the 21st century we face many major challenges, economic inequality and environmental degradation are the most challenging. We will learn facts regarding economic inequality and environmental degradation. Moreover, will read the book "Doughnut Economics - Seven Ways to Think Like a 21st-Century Economist" and discuss alternative ways of thinking.
Educational objective:
The aim of the course is for students to acquire a wide socio-economic and global perspective regarding international economics.
