How did it develop; how is it today; who is concerned (system & person); how do I handle it?

Leadership constructs/models – tempora mutantur (from Sun Tzu to Machiavelli and more); development of leadership development; current research status on leader-ship; self-awareness in leadership situations; from historical leadership concepts to global leadership; various current theories will be discussed from various perspec-tives (e.g. Seliger, Simon, Ancona, Krusche etc.); theory and practice.

Observing historical context, understand theoretical concepts; self-awareness of your way of leading in groups, different contexts and your value system; providing future areas of development; leading yourself.
What should leaders learn? (1) leaders should develop certain skills, such as com-munications skills, negotiating skills, and decision-making skills; (2) leaders should acquire awareness – most obviously self-awareness and contextual awareness; (3) leaders should have practice in, for example, mobilizing, managing, and creating change; (4) leaders should learn the difference between right and wrong; from: Kel-lermann, B.
