Inhalte:
We are excited to offer a joint program with the Global Association for Human Resources Management (GAHRM). Our topic will be Transcultural Leadership and HR in a global setting. The program is designed to equip you with tools and knowledge to succeed in leadership positions in global HR. Courses are held in class and via online platform.

We offer through the online platform contents from more than 80 HR leaders, business heads, professors and leading HR consultants from all over the world .Your experienced personal mentor will provide individual guidance for you. Discuss real-life business cases to experience lessons learned and best practices from major companies. Develop new HR solutions for all areas of HR management in an exciting scenario. Part of this course will be held in class so most of the content does not need to be reviewed through the online tool. As successful participant, you will get exposure to HR leaders of multinational companies if you wish.

Successful participation requires a short presentation (with feedback from academic staff and practitioners) at the end of the semester and successful completion of the online course.
