Overview
Survival. Growth. Branding. Identity.
The fundamental challenge for any enterprise is navigating the market and finding a sustainable place within it. From global competition to new technologies, and from regulatory threats to sustainability, the new reality is what Peter Vaail calls “permanent whitewater”. It needs to be managed.

This course is about navigating in this emerging environment. It offers traditional and emerging models about strategy, inquires into personal approaches to change, and reviews both current literature and cases on strategy, change and adaptation.
