Inhalte: The course begins with an introduction to leadership concepts and leadership styles. Organizational forms and the appropriate leadership approaches will be discussed. The course focuses primarily on Relational Leadership. Leadership challenges beyond the boundaries of the organization and towards the stakeholder environment are discussed in the context of relational settings. Values Management, CSR, and the Sustainable Development Goals then take on an essential role in the further course to provide examples how Relational Leadership can be applied outside organizational boundaries. Transcultural Management and Leadership considers leadership from a global perspective. The course utilizes case studies to demonstrate the usability of the theoretical concepts. Objective Students should be prepared for and able to respond to leadership situations. In particular, the course aims to give students an understanding of the theoretical background, on which they can base their own research.
