Preparation: Before the workshops, participants will receive a reading list with texts that they are supposed to read in advance.
Educational objective:
The course is designed for doctoral students who want to learn about grounded theory and ethnographic research. It aims to provide participants with methodological foundations and advanced knowledge on how to conduct grounded theory and ethnographic research.
Further information about the exams:
- Participants will be asked to submit a short seminar paper (no longer than 5 pages) three weeks after the course. More information on the topic of the seminar paper will be provided during the course.
